Sylvie Leclerc has a business administration degree from the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières and is a MBA graduate from George Washington University in the United States. She has an extensive background in marketing, communications and event planning, having worked for major companies specializing in computers and telecommunications such as Toshiba, Dell Computer and AT&T. In 2001, this former resident of Trois-Rivières decided it was time to start her own business in marketing management by forming Archbold Leclerc Consulting Inc.
Sylvie is no stranger to volunteering with two areas particularly close to her heart: the economic, cultural and social dimensions of Francophone associations in Toronto among them are the Francophone Business Women Association (AFAF) and Franco-Fête as well as organizations dedicated to develop the full potential of children. Her involvement includes being a Big Sister to Gloria since 2007. Sylvie’s commitment to children does not stop there: she is also an active volunteer with the Children’s Aid Society and Junior Achievement.
When Fabienne Breton introduced her to the incredible goal Michel Garant set for himself, Sylvie did not hesitate to offer her services to her friend. She quickly realized that her experience in marketing could be an important asset.
